C7ÓéÀÖ¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ Construction Company has been a proud partner in the growth of the Bradenton community. We have built many of the special places where our community residents live, work, and play. Our projects encompass a diverse spectrum of multifamily and assisted living communities, educational institutions, and healthcare facilities, along with our community’s most notable cultural, entertainment, and sports venues.
Founded as a subsidiary of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania’s National Development Corporation, with over fifty years of history rooted in top-quality construction and property management, C7ÓéÀÖ¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ Construction Company opened its base of operations in Bradenton, Florida in 1997. In 2000, Ronald J. Allen and Gary L. Huggins became minority owners in C7ÓéÀÖ¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ Construction Company, and in 2008, the partners purchased the remaining shares from National Development Corporation. To date, C7ÓéÀÖ¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ Construction Company has built or been a partner in building over 275 projects in our surrounding community. Chances are, if you are in the Tampa Bay area, you have driven by one of C7ÓéÀÖ¹Ù·½Íøվ’s projects this week.
