Les Snyder Named President and CEO of C7ÓéÀÖ¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ Construction Company

Industry veteran to lead next chapter of growth and innovation

C7ÓéÀÖ¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ Construction Company today announced the appointment of Les Snyder as its new President and Chief Executive Officer. Snyder, a nationally recognized construction executive with more than four decades of experience, assumes day-to-day leadership as longtime C7ÓéÀÖ¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ President Ron Allen transitions to the full-time role of Chairman and Owner.

Snyder’s career spans major infrastructure, commercial, and defense projects across the United States, Mexico, and the Caribbean. His leadership roles have included C-suite executive positions at firms such as American Bridge, Barton Malow, and S&B USA (formerly i+icon USA/Fay).

“C7ÓéÀÖ¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ is in a period of rapid growth, and that momentum needs to be matched by strong internal systems, thoughtful leadership, and a clear vision,â€� Snyder adds. “My focus is on strengthening our operational foundation and developing the next generation of construction leaders. Snyder brings decades of national industry leadership, having served as President of the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC). He chaired AGC’s Climate Change Task Force and was recognized as Chairman of the Year for his work advancing sustainability in construction.

Snyder now steps into his new role at C7ÓéÀÖ¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ with a focus on expanding the company’s capabilities, investing in talent, and strengthening its position as a leading construction partner across Florida’s gulf coast and beyond.

The C7ÓéÀÖ¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ team had a special opportunity today to welcome School District of Manatee County leadership for a tour of the highly anticipated Lake Manatee K-8, located just east of Uihlein Road in Bradenton.

School board members, the superintendent, and several members of the district’s Construction Services team toured portions of the elementary campus, which is set to open this August.

It’s incredible to see how much progress has been made in just 11 short months—a testament to strong collaboration and the hard work of our outstanding subcontractor partners.

Nine20 Manatee Apartments will be a 137-unit apartment community in the heart of Downtown Bradenton, Florida with a mission of providing housing for Bradenton’s workforce. The Project will feature top-of-the-line amenities including a rooftop cabana deck, fitness center, business center, enclosed bike storage, and private storage.

Additionally, the Project will be the beneficiary of a seven-year 60% tax abatement. Nine20 Manatee will offer onsite and offsite parking, with construction anticipated to take around 18 months.

The Southwest Florida Council was chartered in July 1929. The Southwest Florida Council is a geographic area divided into four districts that include Charlotte, Collier, DeSoto, Hendry, Lee, Manatee, & Sarasota Counties. The mission of the Boy Scouts of America, including the Southwest Florida Council, is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.

C7ÓéÀÖ¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ Breaks Ground On Lake Maggiore Apartments

BRADENTON, FL â€� Friday, April 29th was the Groundbreaking Ceremony for one of C7ÓéÀÖ¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾â€™s newest and largest projects â€� Lake Maggiore Apartments.  Lake Maggiore Apartments will be a 330-unit mixed-income apartment community coming to 6th Street South, just east of Lake Maggiore in south St. Pete. Construction, led by C7ÓéÀÖ¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ Construction, will officially kick off in early May and the project is scheduled to be completed at the beginning of 2024.

The community will consist of seven garden-style apartment buildings, two townhome-style buildings, a pool, an outdoor amenity area, a clubhouse, a leasing office, a dog park, and a community garden area. Each residential building will vary between two and four stories.  Along 6th Street South will be two two-story townhome-style buildings with seven units each. At the center of the project will be a larger four-story building with 136 units, which will be flanked by six three-story buildings.

BRADENTON, FL â€� C7ÓéÀÖ¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ Construction Company recently broke ground on the new DeSoto Branch of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Manatee County. The new DeSoto Branch will be built on the site adjacent to the current branch on the corner of 34th Street West and 53rd Ave. West in Bradenton. As the focus of their Invest in Kids Campaign, the new DeSoto Branch will include over 40,000 square feet of interior and exterior club space and will serve an average daily attendance of 600 club members, more than doubling their current capacity. Plans include a teen center with a separate entrance, a sports/flex field, a commercial kitchen, and other dedicated spaces that focus on academics, character & citizenship, and healthy lifestyles programming. The new Club, scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2019, will enable the Boys & Girls Club to serve more Manatee County youth and offer an environment better equipped to provide the activities and programs necessary to help our community’s kids find a path to a great future.

The organization’s new 69,605-square-foot corporate campus, 2715 51st Ave. E., will opened half its complex at 9 a.m. Thursday as the retail store officially welcomed the public. Project Approval for West Manatee Fire & Rescue District Station Number 4
BRADENTON, FL â€� 6/24/2014 â€� C7ÓéÀÖ¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ Construction Company of Bradenton, Florida is proud to announce another project for this year, the replacement of West Manatee Fire & Rescue District Station Number 4, which will be located on 407 67th Street W. in Bradenton.

The district that the new fire station will be under covers approximately 18 square miles, which includes the cities of Anna Maria, Bradenton Beach, and Holmes Beach as well as the unincorporated areas of Cortez, Tidy Island, Palma Sola, West and Northwest Bradenton. This area carries a population of 35,731 with a seasonal influx of approximately 15,000 non-residents.

C7ÓéÀÖ¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ Construction Company has contracted with Wannamacher/Jensen Architects, Inc. out of Saint Petersburg, Florida to handle the design along with Allison/Gause Inc. out of Bradenton, Florida who will do the engineering for the project.
